Requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
  • 5+ years experience managing and programming physical security projects involving access control and IDS.
  • Bachelor’s degree 5+ years experience (3+ with a Masters) in managing physical security projects to include construction specifications, access control, intrusion detection and video systems. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite; the ability to create, manage, and manipulate the tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience interfacing with all levels of employees and Leadership
  • Ability to lead and manage projects related to IDS, Lenel, Video Systems and other physical/technical security related systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within critical deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others.
  • Knowledgeable in ICD 705, NISPOM and applicable UL standards.
  • Experience with access control, IDS and video system
  • Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
  • Managing physical security projects across the sector.
  • Performing security assessments and independently identifying countermeasures to mitigate risks.
  • Completing project documents including design drawings and statements of work for access control, intrusion detection and video systems.
  • Overseeing and managing the operational aspects of physical security projects and serving as liaison between stakeholders and selected suppliers.
  • Reviewing status of projects and budgets; managing schedules and preparing status reports.
  • Assessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention and problem solving with other stakeholders and selected suppliers.

  • Active Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience with Lenel OnGuard.
  • Digital Monitoring Products, MAS, Milestone, Razberi systems.
  • Physical Security Professional (PSP) certificate
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate
  • SharePoint experience
