Responsibilities
  • Support the global Nuvolo roll-out across managed buildings
  • Responsible for overall integrity of the Nuvolo system
  • Manage the Nuvolo work order process
  • Manage the process to verify work order completion
  • Continuous improvement
  • Oversee proper system use and configuration to meet client objectives
  • Serve as the single point of contact and SME to the JLL & client for all CMMS systems related questions, support issues, and requirements
  • Support the account team users with general questions and other systems support requests
  • Entering system data
  • Requesting User IDs and passwords for new users
  • Request system changes via Nuvolo Data Governance Process
  • Provide new and advanced user training, new feature training to the account and client staff as required
  • Responsible for system and user process documentation
  • Developing new documentation as required and updates to existing documentation
  • Production of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc account reporting
  • Review SLAs are correct operationally and within the system
  • Data mining and trend analysis
  • Analyse and develop data to support platform and enhancements
  • Identifying platform improvements in line with current best practice
  • Oversee the roll-out of enhancements and new functionality
  • Support a pro-active operational continuous improvement regime
  • Explore options to satisfy new business needs within the capabilities of existing systems
  • Assist with development and training for facilities system integrations with ServiceNow
  • Assist with onboarding of FM and supplier staff
  • Proactively communicate any operational matters of concern & potential issues with your line manager
