Responsibilities
  • Engage with sales, customer success, prospects, customers, and channel partners to understand pain points and opportunity areas, and develop product (or non-product) plans that help achieve both short and longer term business objectives
  • Define and deliver tools that empower our Go to Market teams, and enable our customers and partners to effectively explore and implement Lyra’s solution
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to identify pain points and define strategies to drive platform scalability
  • Own product roadmap by gathering input, evaluating opportunities, and prioritizing features according to our business goals
  • Drive excellent product development experience for the product/design/engineering team by writing concise documentation and engineering tickets, supporting the design process, running team rituals, and coordinating successful releases
  • Track overall program metrics and effectively report out on program health to executive audiences
  • Collaborate with Go to Market and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from product development to product launch and customer onboarding, and receiving feedback to further drive the product roadmap
  • Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives and associated goals
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing processes and methodologies.
