  • At least 7-10 years of experience in Field and/or Marketing developing and executing on digital programs and events.
  • Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Goal oriented, self-starter, able to work independently, but also a team player
  • Proactive learner and creative problem solver who enjoys being in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project and task-management skills
  • Organized in running projects from end to end
  • Focused on exceeding sales expectations
  • Ability to analyze a situation, define key objectives, and recommend action plans
  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales and field teams

Responsibilities
  • Developing the regional field marketing strategy and execution plans
  • Executing and optimizing the marketing mix to deliver key performance indicators and targets
  • Engaging and collaborating with all marketing functions to plan and implement lead generation programs
  • Defining and executing partner-specific, regional digital demand generation programs
  • Expanding engagement within the region with Channel Partners
  • Analyzing program effectiveness to optimize execution and results
  • Partnering closely with partner team to get feedback on programs
