Requirements
  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • At least three years of experience with ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of ITSM and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret business requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and effectively convey technical concepts
  • Good understanding of IT resources and configuration management principles
  • Skills in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to write clear and effective technical documentation
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the liaison between business needs and the ServiceNow platform team
  • Capture business and user requirements, typically in the form of user stories within an Agile environment
  • Ensure that requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered according to specifications
  • Manage the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, prioritize, model, and document business requirements, processes, and data
  • Represent stakeholders throughout the planning, development, and go-live phases
  • Collaborate with the platform team to establish delivery estimates
  • Support testing efforts
  • Work with various stakeholders to promote adoption of delivered solutions
Desired Qualifications
  • Holding a ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) and knowledge of the ITIL framework are considered assets
