Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive and accurate clinical utilization review and dispensing services
Review content and accuracy of drug packaging and labeling
Partner with doctors or care team members when clinical intervention is needed
Strive to reduce potential and real medication errors and keeps patient safety as the most important objective
Ensure proper handling, receiving, documentation, storage and inventory management
Standing and walking a majority of work days (8-10 hours), bending frequently, sitting occasionally depending on the needs of the pharmacy operation
Find creative, fun, and professional ways to deliver the best possible experience for our patients

As a Pharmacist, you will be front and center ensuring members get accurate orders on time. You will report directly to the Pharmacy Manager and have the opportunity to work with multiple teams to deliver an uncommonly seamless pharmacy experience for members. You are passionate about improving the patient experience and want to help shape the future of the industry.

We are located in Grand Prairie, TX. This hire is for a Per Diem role to work as needed covering vacation/PTO. Monday availability is required. (Pharmacy hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM)

Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
