Enveda is looking for a Laboratory Manager to join our team in Boulder, Colorado!

As a member of the Platform team, you will report to our Director, Platform Operations.
You get to collaborate on:
- Learn, modify, and build systems to track and order consumables inventory; including restocking supplies
- Implement a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for laboratory equipment
- Communicate with external vendors for pricing, purchasing, instrument demos, and installation
- Build strong relationships with lab members and project leaders, and strive to streamline the execution of science across several different groups
- Develop best laboratory practices to continually improve safety and efficiency
- Establish and enforce environmental health and safety policies and maintain and coordinate hazardous and biohazardous waste management
- Train lab members and maintain up-to-date records of EHS training
Who will thrive in this role?
• Demonstrated success scaling and managing a research laboratory
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of laboratory experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
• Working knowledge of EH&S and regulations
• Passionate about working with cross-functional teams to enable advancements in chemistry, biology and mass spectrometry
