Responsibilities
  • Efficiently sort documents and correspondence from various sources, including fax, portal, email, and physical mail.
  • Accurately index all incoming correspondence within the State National litigation/claims portal for proper categorization.
  • Create and maintain detailed tracking logs for a variety of items.
  • Establish effective communication with external parties regarding litigation/claims documents, including email drafting and phone calls.
  • Prioritize precision in data entry and document processing, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Execute specialized processing tasks as required by the role.
  • Assist in managing incoming calls requiring additional support by gathering information from callers and directing callers to the appropriate resource.
  • Maintain a foundational understanding of SNC's products and markets.
  • Offer administrative support to management as required.
  • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as needed or requested.
Desired Qualifications
  • Some college education is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an insurance company or agency is advantageous.
