  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Experience in Incident Management/Command
Responsibilities
  • Lead technical solution design and integration, serving as a subject matter expert in automation projects.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions, integrating with external systems using scripting languages such as Python, SQL, and C#
  • Collaborate with the Product team to interpret product updates and translate them into actionable execution and documentation strategies.
  • Research and experiment with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation and enhance service delivery.
  • Responsible for managing all Sev1 and Sev2 Incidents ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Enhance team practices by introducing industry standards in automation, compliance, and reporting.
  • Work closely with Operations teams to analyze client feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements that address client needs and feature requests.
Desired Qualifications
  • 5-7 years' in the delivery of automation projects in the insurance / financial services, consumer directed accounts environment
  • Candidates are preferred to have a minimum of 5-7 years' in the delivery of automation projects in the insurance / financial services, consumer directed accounts environment
  • Strong accountability, problem solving for the greater good, the ability to maintain solid relationships, and exhibit attention to detail in conjunction with excellent communication skills
