We are seeking a Business Analyst with broad enterprise systems experience and strong discovery, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement capability within an Asset Management environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Understanding of systems and processes relating to land, buildings, leases and property portfolios

• Experience working with physical asset data across the asset lifecycle

• Understanding of operational works planning and delivery

• Understanding of core finance processes such as invoicing, billing, payments and reconciliations

• Power BI dashboard development, data transformation, reporting and business insights

• Sharepoint document management, collaboration, forms, lists, approvals and workflow automation

• Experience with customer request or service management systems

• ESRI/Digital Twin knowledge

• Understanding of how AI can be applied to business processes
