Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Three to five years of relevant professional experience in higher education, program management, communications, events, or related fields is required.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholder groups is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard digital communication tools is required.
  • The ability to engage professionally with students, faculty, alumni, senior leaders, and external partners is required.
  • Strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are required.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute events, workshops, speaker series, and other programming related to the AI, Analytics, and Future of Work Initiative.
  • Support stakeholder engagement through outreach to students, faculty, staff, alumni, industry partners, and external organizations.
  • Manage website updates, newsletters, and other communications materials in partnership with Marketing and Communications.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for initiative-related projects and priorities.
  • Assist with student-focused experiential learning opportunities and engagement initiatives.
  • Support the development of new programs, partnerships, and engagement opportunities aligned with the Initiative’s mission.
  • Support cross-functional coordination with Dean’s Office staff, faculty, and external stakeholders.
  • Track initiative-related activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting academic, innovation, entrepreneurship, or technology-focused initiatives.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence, analytics, or future-of-work topics.
  • Experience working in higher education or business school environments.
  • Experience with website or content management systems and event coordination.
  • Experience engaging with external stakeholders, including alumni, corporate partners, industry organizations, or community partners.
  • Experience supporting student-facing programs, experiential learning opportunities, or professional development initiatives.
