- A recognized nursing diploma is required.

- Experience in an emergency department is required.

- The ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team is required.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including day, evening, and night shifts, is required.
- Fluency in French is essential.
- The candidate must complete no more than two orientation shifts, potentially limited to one day shift depending on prior experience at this site or extensive emergency experience.
- Provide quality care to patients in the emergency department.
- Rapidly assess patients' health conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
- Follow up with patients before and after interventions.
- Administer treatments and monitor changes in patients' conditions.
- Educate patients and their families about care and medical follow-up.
