We are looking for a Communication Specialist -Communications Coach to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

The Communications Specialist- Communications Coach will assist with corporate communication message development, writing, and presentations. Additionally, provide one-on-one and group coaching to Team Members to improve their executive presence, verbal and written communications and overall business acumen.  Your work and coaching will help the team create and deliver clear and concise messaging that effectively connects with a diverse and global workforce, shaping the organization’s culture, supporting its growth, and ensuring that key messages resonate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance business acumen and strategic thinking among managers and architects.
• Organize and coordinate leadership communication development activities, including mentor programs
• Provide support in preparation of presentations, reports, and other communication materials at senior leadership levels.

Qualifications:

• Coaching and Training Expertise:   8-10 years related experience required
• Ability to customize coaching to meet specific goals at both the individual and group levels.
• Skilled in applying principles and methods to improve communication skills effectively.
• Proficient in presentation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Coaching, Training and Development experience. 
• Coaching accreditation

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $85,000 to $90,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
