  • Two-year technical degree/background, equivalent military experience, and/or 2+ years direct applicable photolithography semiconductor experience in high volume manufacturing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and work ethic
  • Proficient with data analysis tools, such as complex spreadsheets
  • Able to learn concepts quickly

Responsibilities
  • Performing routine process monitoring, adjustments and qualification in a high-speed, high-throughput manufacturing environment
  • Communicating with engineers, other technicians and manufacturing personnel
  • Become able to perform the change point management task set
  • Disposition lots, identifying the critical failures that imply bigger problems. Fix those problems or document and escalate
  • Participating and/or lead in continuous improvement efforts
  • Collect data using standard metrology equipment and report results
