Job Summary/Overview
The person would be performing entry-level process sustainer duties.

Specific Job Duties
• Performing routine process monitoring, adjustments and qualification in a high-speed, high-throughput manufacturing environment.
• Communicating with engineers, other technicians and manufacturing personnel.
• Become able to perform the change point management task set.
• Disposition lots, identifying the critical failures that imply bigger problems. Fix those problems or document and escalate.
• Participating and/or lead in continuous improvement efforts.
• Collect data using standard metrology equipment and report results.

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required

Two-year technical degree/background, equivalent military experience, and/or 2+ years direct applicable photolithography semiconductor experience in high volume manufacturing environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and work ethic.
• Proficient with data analysis tools, such as complex spreadsheets.
• Able to learn concepts quickly.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work well within a team or independently under minimal supervision as conditions require.
• Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals.
