  • Use performance and service metrics to identify gaps in operations. Lead improvement initiatives and projects to solve operational issues using RCA tools
  • Create and lead CI initiatives including kaizens, value stream mapping, 5S, etc
  • Conduct periodic reviews of CI initiatives and monitor post-project implementation performance, savings verification and reporting to track achievement of business objectives and returns on investments
  • Manage development of SOPs, standard work instructions and job breakdown sheets for all distribution activities
  • Monitor department KPIs; develop action plans for below standard performance and/or service
  • Support the CI Manager in the development of Brooks Global Center of Excellence (COE)
  • Facilitate meetings with agendas that include clearly defined outcomes; follow up on assigned action items
  • Present complex technical data with appropriate detail for target audience (e.g.: DC management vs. line-level)
