Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong quantitative skills - analytical, problem-solving mindset with ability to find creative solutions
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience
  • Excellent attention to detail, proactively identifying deviations from expectations and driving solutions

Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross functional teams to align on strategy and execution, including Category Management, Operations and Tech teams
  • Workflow design and process optimization; Work with engineering partners to improve and expand supporting tech
  • Investigate process gaps and tech failures that lead to poor customer outcomes; Implement long term solutions and monitor effectiveness
  • Manage vendor relationships, including conducting quality audits and providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance
  • Partner with stakeholders to create or improve internal and supplier-facing education materials and process documentation
  • Engage with suppliers to identify opportunity areas for the workflow
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) earned by date of hire. Focus in business strategy, operations, and process-improvement is a plus
  • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google suite - familiarity / proficiency with SQL and/or Google Big Query is a plus
