  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in treasury management within the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly in relation to foreign exchange (FX) operations.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with financial modelling and forecasting (proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel is a huge plus)
  • Familiarity with UK and EU financial regulations and compliance requirements
Responsibilities
  • Optimize asset allocation structure to ensure sufficient liquidity and enhance profitability.
  • Safeguard clients’ assets across all UK and EU entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Perform and manage foreign exchange (FX) operations for clients, with a strong focus on PnL optimization.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability and liquidity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant UK and EU regulations, as well as internal company policies.
