  • 5+ years of work experience; 3+ in product marketing, product management, full-stack marketing, or strategy roles. Payroll and/or HR software knowledge and marketing experience are a huge plus
  • Extensive experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various cross-functional teams
  • A strong track record in consumer marketing and understanding of channels - in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations
  • A product mindset and track record of tight collaboration with product teams
  • A strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple cross-functional partners
Responsibilities
  • Identifying user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works globally to create data-driven, actionable insights for product teams
  • Drive go-to-market launch strategies by owning value proposition, messaging, positioning, and audience strategy
  • Work closely with the brand and regional marketing teams to create and deliver compelling high-impact campaigns to drive product adoption, growth, and retention
  • Developing research plans to uncover customer insights, steer & validate the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape
  • Run experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns for informing the go-to-market strategy. Delivering campaigns with a strong bias for growth & business impact
