  • A completed or near completed bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, or a similar degree that meets the CA prerequisites
  • A strong interest in superannuation, SMSFs, tax strategies, and superannuation law
  • Intention to commence or already enrolled in the CA program
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and proactive approach

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements, tax returns, audit documentation, and supporting materials for self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs)
  • Support the annual compliance and reporting process for SMSFs
  • Complete activity statements and understand GST treatment within superannuation
  • Liaise with auditors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate outcomes
  • Work with ATO and relevant government bodies to resolve basic matters
  • Build your technical knowledge of superannuation legislation and standards
  • Participate in learning and development initiatives including CA study support
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and team success through collaboration and initiative
