Requirements
  • A college diploma in care, logistics, administration, or another relevant field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in call management and personnel supervision or coordination.
  • Experience in customer relationship management is required.
  • Skills in coaching, training, support, and conflict or crisis management.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in dispatching.
  • French and English bilingualism is required to communicate with clients.
  • Proficiency with computer tools, including Microsoft Office and Teams.
Responsibilities
  • Manage interveners' schedules.
  • Answer a high volume of calls according to their priority.
  • Apply protocols, follow up with clients, and maintain proactive communication with families and clients.
  • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with private and institutional clients.
  • Provide support and assistance to interveners.
  • Prioritize, make decisions, and act quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Actively contribute to continuous process improvement and use creativity to solve operational problems.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a healthcare environment, including clinics, hospitals, or home care.
  • Knowledge of Quebec geography.
