Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
  • Leadership experience leading teams to successful outcomes
  • Experience in establishing a program baseline or significant experience in developing time phased pricing or estimating forecasts
  • Understanding of DOD contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR/DFARS
  • Prior experience using Deltek COBRA cost management and Oracle Primavera software tools
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
  • Leading all aspects of program financial execution objectives
  • Ensuring effective compliance with EVMS requirements
  • Providing accurate and timely inputs to business systems supporting financial forecasting and profitability determination
  • Supporting proposal activities to include cost and contracts volume interfaces
  • Overseeing and ensuring quality of financial data delivered to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts
  • Leading Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/ Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP)
  • Identifying issues and making recommendations to management for resolution or mitigation
