Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing operations process, ensuring alignment across Sales & Marketing, while collaborating with Finance & Analytics teams to support forecasting and growth initiatives.
  • Deliver analytical, process and technology solutions to maximize scale and performance across paid and unpaid marketing channels, reflect industry best practices and serve a growing portfolio of Genius Sports products and brands.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, ensuring tools are fully utilized and integrated effectively.
  • Ensure audience behaviors and signals are accurately tracked and incorporated into digital programs.
  • Maintain clean and organized marketing and sales databases; provide regular analytics and insights to measure campaign ROI, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize multi-channel campaigns, focusing on audience segmentation, email automation, and performance tracking.
  • Design, create, and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to track key revenue and marketing metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses across channels to derive actionable insights that inform strategy and drive growth.
  • Manage the technical components of our paid channels (e.g., setting up pixels and monitoring conversion events).
  • Develop and refine processes for marketing operations, including lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and funnel optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document processes to enhance collaboration across teams and optimize workflows for sales and marketing.
