The Business Development professional will lead and facilitate sales efforts to prospective Acadian clients in the U.S. market. This individual is responsible for understanding the investment agenda of institutional investors and effectively matching Acadian’s investment capabilities with the investment objectives for each prospect in the target market segment. This position will report to the SVP, Director, Business Development. This position requires strong investment knowledge, the ability to handle diverse prospects with a variety of needs, and will require the individual to travel extensively.
Acadian supports a hybrid work environment, employees are on-site in the Boston office 3 days a week.
