Responsibilities
  • Create diverse content formats including articles, videos, blog posts, social media updates, and internal newsletters
  • Collaborate with the Internal Communications Manager to develop and execute communication plans
  • Develop key messages, talking points, and content for leadership communication
  • Write scripts for videos and contribute to editorial planning for internal content
  • Contribute to the development and management of internal communication platforms
  • Support special initiatives and internal events through content creation and communication materials
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure effective communication of strategic goals
  • Respond to feedback and suggestions from employees to continuously improve internal communication strategies
  • Assist with managing internal projects and maintaining a content calendar
