3+ years of SCADA engineering experience and a deep understanding of Ignition SCADA or other SCADA platform
Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server or other server platform experience
Experience with Python, C#, C++, or Java
Willingness to do some travel most of which is local
Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

Independently execute SCADA based automation projects
Program PLC's from scratch or update current PLC program as required
Projects would consist of approximately 75% SCADA and 25% Controls work
Build relationships with a variety of customers
Provide database development
Work on scripting and coding projects for customers
Participate with internal team members on DISHER projects, trainings, etc
Manage your workload and schedule to balance customer projects and internal work
Act as a consultant to customers and ensuring excellent service is provided

SCADA Engineer – Zeeland, Michigan

DISHER is currently looking to add a SCADA Engineer to our team in Zeeland, Michigan. In this role, you will partner with customers on SCADA development projects and PLC creation and editing.
