Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in technical professional service sales with an emphasis on Cybersecurity, OT Security, Analytics, and Cloud
  • 5+ years of experience with direct sales in the healthcare services markets
  • 5+ years of experience with consulting on business development activities
  • Experience with presenting and communicating to teams, executives, and clients, including briefings, sales calls, and team-based discussions
  • Ability to own and drive the sales process from lead generation through deal closure
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based and fast-paced consulting environment and coordinate with key stakeholders across technical capabilities and market and industry teams
  • Ability to lead fast-paced delivery in challenging commercial environments, work with senior leaders to foster positive client relationships, identify new business opportunities with existing clients, and develop new intellectual capital

Responsibilities
  • Apply business development and sales expertise with a thorough knowledge and set of connections to the Healthcare Services market to sell, design, and support the implementation of Cyber, OT, and AI security solutions for leading healthcare companies in the addressable geographic region.
  • Work with commercial business leaders to create, action, and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Nashville geography, focused on onboarding some of the largest healthcare services companies.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain client relationships while closing new sales opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to manage and maintain the market’s pipeline and generate client-ready marketing and proposal activities.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, work on complex problems across matrixed teams, and provide creative solutions to solve our clients’ core needs.
  • Support marketing, intellectual capital development, operations, events, and logistics.
  • Work with the team on complex tasks in the account, products and services, and the sales process.
