Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talented employees
Design and implement compensation and benefits packages that are competitive and fair
Develop and implement training and development programs to support employees' career growth and development
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and create an inclusive and diverse workplace
Develop and implement performance management systems to measure employee performance and provide constructive feedback
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
Manage HR staff and develop the team's capabilities

Position Summary

We are seeking a Head of People to lead our Human Resources (HR) department and help us build a positive and productive workplace culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our business objectives and support our employees’ growth and development. The Head of People will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Qualifications
