Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working in fast-paced high growth startups
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our business objectives and support our employees' growth and development
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talented employees
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits packages that are competitive and fair
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to support employees' career growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and create an inclusive and diverse workplace
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to measure employee performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
  • Manage HR staff and develop the team's capabilities
