Job Description
We are currently looking for an organzied and motivated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team! As the HRBP, this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business partner relationships by working with HR leadership, hiring managers, and employees to ensure HR customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position will be responsible for the life cycle of an employee after onboarding to include, but not limited to, appointment and data changes to employee records, disciplines, and terminations. Ensure that vacancy refill and new position approvals are obtained and maintain facility organizational charts. This position will routinely travel to the assigned facility to meet with supervisors and employees. In this role, it will be important to be able to anticipate HR-related needs of the facility, managers, and employees.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree and two years of technical human resources management experience to include: job analysis, position classification, wage/salary, benefit administration, recruitment, payroll administration, or accounting OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements:
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill all job-related travel normally associated with this position.
