Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or comparable business experience.

Responsibilities
  • Direct, oversee, and execute all dispensary operations while ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
  • Drive revenue and profit through effective execution of programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions.
  • Oversee and manage product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
  • Maintain and enforce cash-management protocols and complete daily reconciliations.
  • Manage order and expense processes in alignment with store budgets.
  • Conduct monthly audits and scorecard business reviews to identify operational inefficiencies and process-improvement opportunities.
  • Coach Leaders and Team Members to deliver positive in-store customer experiences.
  • Ensure appropriate Leader on Duty coverage and coach Leaders to supervise, recognize, and redirect team-member behaviors during shifts.
  • Drive revenue through an omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery channels.
  • Coach the leadership team to achieve loyalty goals, customer retention, and repeat traffic.
  • Serve as a liaison to the local community and support community outreach events and initiatives.
  • Build and retain a high-performing team through talent selection, onboarding, training, and development.
  • Create a culture of engagement and performance through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
  • Motivate the dispensary team to exceed revenue targets and key metrics through service techniques, product knowledge, and team-member behaviors.
  • Monitor staffing needs and ensure scheduling aligns with store labor goals.
  • Hold team members accountable for accurate timekeeping, schedule compliance, and reliability.
  • Develop Leader and Team Member talent and address performance issues promptly.
  • Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Green Thumb Industries has opened its 24th Florida location, RISE Dispensary Port St. Lucie, on 22 August. The cannabis retail chain now operates over 120 stores across the United States. Located at 2092 NW Courtyard Circle, the dispensary serves medical patients on Florida's Treasure Coast. It operates from 9am to 8pm Monday through Saturday and 11am to 6pm on Sundays. The store offers products from Green Thumb's portfolio, including RYTHM flower and concentrates, Dogwalkers pre-rolls, and Doctor Solomon's tinctures. A grand opening event is scheduled for 7 September. Following RISE's tradition, profits from the grand opening will benefit Arc of the Treasure Coast, a nonprofit supporting people with disabilities.

Green Thumb opens 13th Nevada cannabis dispensary, donates first-day profits to local food bank

Green Thumb Industries opened its 13th Nevada location, RISE Dispensary Sparks, on 18 August. The store is located at 1530 S. Stanford Way, Suite B-6 #102, Sparks, NV 89431, near I-80 in South Sparks. RISE Dispensary Sparks will serve both medical patients and adult-use customers from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The shop offers home delivery on orders of $50 or more and stocks Green Thumb's product portfolio, including RYTHM premium flower, Dogwalkers pre-rolls, incredibles chocolates, Beboe gummies, and &Shine vapes. A grand opening event is scheduled for 5 September at 8 a.m. Following company tradition, first-day profits will benefit Food Bank of Northern Nevada. Green Thumb has operated in Nevada since 2016 and runs one production facility in Carson City and two in Las Vegas.

A grand opening event is scheduled for 5 September, with a portion of profits benefiting The Grateful Veteran, a nonprofit supporting veterans and first responders. Green Thumb entered the Florida market in 2018 and operates two production facilities in the state, in Ocala and Homestead.
