We’re looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Master Scheduler to keep our shipbuilding programs running like clockwork. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our projects — creating, maintaining, and driving schedules that align engineering, production, procurement, test, trial and delivery operations. What You’ll Do

Own the Schedule – Develop and maintain master production and project schedules from concept through delivery.
Be the Connector – Partner with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Project Management teams to ensure all moving parts align.
Keep the Pulse – Track progress, flag risks, and adjust schedules to keep projects on time and mission-ready.
Bring Clarity – Provide clear, data-driven schedule reports to leadership and project teams.
Shape the Future – Continuously improve scheduling tools, processes, and methods to keep RECONCRAFT ahead of the curve.
Drive Execution – Support project teams in turning big goals into achievable milestones — and celebrate when we hit them.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field — OR 7+ years of relevant marine/manufacturing experience.
Proven track record in scheduling complex fabrication, job shop or shipbuilding/manufacturing projects.
Strong working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while keeping multiple priorities moving forward.
Solid understanding of marine/shipyard workflows (prefabrication, fabrication, outfitting, testing, trials).
Self-starter with a team-first mindset and the drive to make an impact.
