Requirements
  • Five to seven years of experience in community, member experience, customer success, programming, marketing, or a closely related role.
  • A track record of running a workstream end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write an engaging Slack post and facilitate a room of 30 executives.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong instincts for understanding executive priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with AI-native tools and an informed perspective on how artificial intelligence changes community work.
Responsibilities
  • Build deep relationships with members and become a trusted partner to them.
  • Manage day-to-day moderation, member support, and engagement on the Braintrust.
  • Surface member insights to the broader team, including what is working, what is not working, and what should come next.
  • Contribute to onboarding new members and helping them reach first value quickly.
  • Help curate live and virtual experiences that bring members together.
  • Identify content opportunities based on member conversations and emerging trends.
  • Bring the right peers, partners, and topics into community moments.
  • Work closely with the product team to provide feedback on platform features.
  • Partner with sales and partnerships teams on sponsor activations and member acquisition.
  • Contribute to team account onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts.

  • Experience working with senior executives, preferably C-Suite executives.
