- Previous experience in wellhead installation and maintenance, oilfield field service, or a closely related trade is required.
- A valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract is required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence working with hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment are required.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety, including following company procedures and HSE policies, is required.
- Willingness and ability to travel to field site locations, including overnight stays depending on job location, is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage an assigned service unit, tools, and spare components is required.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to represent the company professionally on customer sites are required.
- Accurate record-keeping skills for in-depth service records and reports are required.
- Physical capability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift and handle heavy components is required.
- Execute field service requirements such as installing and maintaining wellheads while providing customer service.
- Maintain the assigned service unit, including its tools and spare components.
- Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies.
- Perform customer property repairs as required.
- Maintain detailed service records and reports.
- Support sales and customer-relations activities as required.
- Perform roustabout duties and picker operations as required.
- Travel to field site locations to provide assistance as required.
- Conduct all operations safely and follow company procedures and HSE policies.
- Perform shop and vehicle maintenance and other related duties as necessary.
- Picker or boom truck operator certification.
- Roustabout or lease maintenance experience.
- H2S Alive, Standard First Aid with CPR, Ground Disturbance Level 2, and CSTS or equivalent safety tickets.
- Class 3 driver's licence with air-brake endorsement.
- Experience with wellhead assembly, pressure testing, and painting.
- Familiarity with pressure-control equipment and applicable API standards.
- Welding, rigging, or heavy-equipment experience.
