Requirements
  • 5+ years in a SQL/Python-heavy data analyst role (high-growth startup environments highly preferred)
  • Ability to build logical and physical data models, data mappings, data flows, data architecture and data dictionaries
  • Proficient in SQL/Python skills, and Advanced Excel/GSheet
  • Experience with SDLC and associated Development Operations processes (JIRA/Confluence/Freshservice) to intake, prioritize, track and deploy solutions
  • Experience with testing data flows and data reconciliation activities; ability to create scripts to test/automate data sets
Responsibilities
  • Weave data into decision-making and drive cross-functional data-oriented approaches and solutions and data activation workflows
  • Ensure consistency and quality through metrics, documentation, processes, data testing, and training.
  • Use your SQL/Python skills to craft cutting edge data solutions for both BI/DW and Data Apps/AI Use Cases
  • Develop scalable reporting solutions leveraging Modern Data Stack (Fivetran,dbt,Snowflake, Sigma Analytics, AWS)
  • Communicate data-backed findings to a diverse constituency of internal and external stakeholders including visualizations, advanced analytics (forecasts, insights) and recommendations
  • Contribute to Architectural stack analysis to scale DataOps, Data Management, Data strategy (Reverse ETL, Operational Analytics, MDM/Customer 360, Advanced Analytics, Generative AI/ML, Data Apps/Data Fabric)
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with modern business intelligence and product reporting tools (Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, Sigma ,AI/ML, Apache Airflow, gitlab)
  • Exposure to SaaS environments, Salesforce, NetSuite, Gainsight, Marketo
  • Part of a startup acquisition or IPO and have GTM Operations experience (Lead to Cash, Record to Report, Sales/Marketing Funnel)
  • Relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at work
