Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on compliance products
  • Understanding of Information Governance, including ECM, archiving, eDiscovery, and records management
  • Exposure to Legal, Financial Sector, Life Sciences, Data Privacy, and other regulatory areas where proper governance ensures compliance
  • Experience working with Security, Compliance and Legal teams, as well as engineering, product marketing, business development, customer success, and sales engineering teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven product strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to drive cross-functional teams to execute on product vision and roadmap
Responsibilities
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for Governance products, including identifying market opportunities and customer needs
  • Develop and manage product requirements, ensuring that they meet compliance and legal requirements and align with the company's overall strategy
  • Work closely with the Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure that products meet regulatory requirements and are designed with security and privacy in mind
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that products are built to meet Governance standards and are scalable and reliable
  • Work with product marketing, business development, customer success, and sales engineering teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches
  • Analyze market and competitive trends to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts
