Responsibilities
  • Accomplish and exceed individual sales goals
  • Work as an individual contributor on the sales team for 3-6 months to gain a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and improve sales processes and strategies to drive growth
