Responsibilities
  • Assist with the lunch and dinner process with main focus on the dinner schedule.
  • Help the Hospitality Team to load and dry heavy loads of dishes throughout the day.
  • Keep the dining room counters clean at all times including the soup station.
  • Assist with lunch clean up and breakfast preparation for the next day.
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning up after the dinner service.
  • Learn our label process for lunch and dinner for employees to identify their orders.
  • Accept dinner delivery from the delivery person in the lobby and bring up to the dining room on large carts by the elevator.
  • Assist with unpacking delivery of snacks, coffee, and supplies.
  • Learn the operations of the coffee bar using and cleaning coffee machines including refiling of the coffee beans and milk.
  • Refill the coffee bar condiments like sugar, syrup bottles, tea, and the Nespresso pods.
  • Refill coffee mugs and water glasses and keep the coffee bar clean at all times.
  • Assist the Hospitality Specialist with the afternoon run of the pantries by emptying the dishwashers, maintaining a clean and tidy space and stocking refrigerators if needed.
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as requested.
