Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
  • 8+ years of product design experience
  • Have worked through the complete life cycle of building and manufacturing high performance electromechanical assemblies for volume production
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, particularly in guiding junior engineers through complex product development cycles
  • Have a proven track record delivering certified and qualified product designs
  • Experience with board level design, Altium Designer preferred
  • Experience with implementing DFM and DFT
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and test in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to advocate for design principles and facilitate effective collaboration between R&D and manufacturing departments
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams including Product, Mechanical, Controls, and Firmware
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards, with the ability to implement these standards throughout the product development process to maintain high reliability
