  • Become product certified: you will learn the ins and outs of the Everlaw platform through a series of training modules
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success team to triage bugs and assign engineers to fix them
  • Help ship code! You will be leading meetings for code reviewers and technical mentorship during feature development, and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page throughout the lifecycle of the features being built
  • Learn, grow, and contribute right away. We trust that you will bring experience and knowledge that will uplift the team, but we don't expect you to know everything on Day 1. You will have time to develop your product knowledge and get up to speed on all aspects of Everlaw
  • Lead and facilitate large-scale technical projects by leveraging technical mentors, multiple groups of engineers, and your expertise. You will be key to ensuring things stay organized and on track!
  • Internalize our product roadmap and codebase: when engineers look for new projects, you will be their first point of contact, and you will give them suggestions for what to prioritize next to keep the team working toward a shared set of goals
  • Build out operational processes: whether it's analyzing our recruiting needs or documenting best practices for planning and running team activities, you will be the owner of at least one of our engineering processes, responsible for everything from inception to rollout
  • Collaborate with leadership to help improve the Everlaw Engineering experience for the team
  • Define and track metrics to inform decisions affecting the Engineering team
  • Engage with technology and tools to make our teams more efficient and ensure they are able to scale as we grow!
