Requirements
  • 4+ years relevant work experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, Network or System Engineering, Architecture, technical support or consulting, professional services, or similar roles
  • Background in Internet and Security technologies such as Zero Trust, Threat Prevention, URL filtering, fraud detection, external threat monitoring, and other related subjects
  • Proven results working as a trusted technical advisor to drive value for customers
  • Experience in managing multiple customers and projects in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work within a demanding environment
  • Strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • CISSP Certification a plus
Responsibilities
  • Customer Success Engineers are product experts, technical advisors, and customer advocates
  • Work with Product, Engineering, and Account teams to ensure customers and partners get the most out of products
  • Provide product-level technical expertise in feature adoption, deployment, configuration optimization, and advisories
  • Serve as a customer advocate driving product adoption
  • Identify innovative use cases to influence product roadmap and features
  • Ensure customers maximize their investment by implementing and operationalizing solutions
  • Partner with account teams for high-visibility, high-touch delivery strategy
