  • Leading clients and growing business We pride ourselves on our ability to bring clients new ideas to help grow and innovate their businesses. We need someone who is comfortable steering board-level conversations, and unafraid to roll up their sleeves in the teams and the code
  • Defining and implementing technical vision We need someone who can sit at the intersection of business and technology to help codify how we work, our technical focus, how we measure success, and our growth agenda, to always be improving
  • Growing and nurturing teams We have a team of 40+ engineers across seven countries in Latin America. As we continue to grow, we need an empathetic leader who can inspire the team with a unifying vision for craft, collaboration, and value
  • Providing cultural and operational leadership This person will be an essential member of Able's leadership team and will contribute to the strategic development of Able overall, while representing our values to our team and our clients
  • Technical expertise You have deep experience hands-on as an engineer as well as leading high-functioning engineering organizations. Ideally in digital agency as well as enterprise settings. You are equally comfortable reviewing code or having technical discussions with a CTO as you are presenting to non-technical executive stakeholders
  • Curiosity You are relentless in your pursuit of understanding and learning. You love learning about new things and imagining ways to apply your newfound knowledge to your work and life
