Requirements
  • A background in law with experience at a top-tier law firm.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, including senior partners, graduate trainees, lawyers, and engineers.
  • Ability to translate across legal, business, and technical disciplines.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and work effectively in complex, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a thought partner to law firm partners, associates, and innovation teams by building trusted relationships, addressing pain points, and identifying opportunities to scale platform usage across practice groups.
  • Work with Go To Market and Engagement to own firm relationships from running pilots with key practice areas through onboarding associates and partners and guiding full-firm adoption across global law firms.
  • Represent law firm users internally by sharing insights from M&A teams, litigation departments, and other practice groups to inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training for individual practice groups and firm-wide rollouts.
  • Document best practices from leading firms, contribute to scalable playbooks, and help shape the global growth of the function.
  • Help law firms evaluate the return on investment and competitive advantage of artificial intelligence and map its impact across practice areas, including corporate and disputes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience at a top-tier law firm across multiple practice areas or with exposure to firm-wide initiatives.
  • Technology curiosity and product fluency, including comfort with generative artificial intelligence, technology implementation, innovation, and productivity conversations.
  • Experience evaluating and improving legal processes through emerging technologies, including due diligence, contract review, or legal research.
  • Understanding of law firm commercial realities, including billing pressures, client expectations, competitive positioning, innovation, and risk management.
