IT Quality Control Analyst Intern- Summer 2023
Job Description:
An IT Quality Control Analyst Intern will be responsible for identifying and creating test assets and performing application testing.
How you will make an impact:
- Creates and executes the appropriate test assts (plans, cases, scripts, metrics) to assure the developed application conforms to requirements and design.
- Executes testing across multiple testing phases, including SIT UAT and regression.
- Participates in peer reviews to ensure the completeness of all test assets created.
- Understand and follows all applicable SDLC and testing processes.
- Identifies, reports, and reviews defects in assessing application quality.
- May participate I the transition of software and systems into production.
- Collects test Data for test execution.
Functions OR examples of projects for this role:
- Tier 1 Intern: Responsibilities include creating and validating a comprehensive scope of claim scenarios for accuracy to ensure core system configuration and surrounding support applications are implemented to deliver adjudication results that accurately represent contractual requirements (State, Federal and Vendor).
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
- Currently enrolled in a program of Information Technology degree of study at an accredited college/university.
- Graduation date between August 2023 to May 2024.
- Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner as Training will be provided.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
- Excellent Public Speaking and Presentation skills
