  • Experience working with advanced Excel concepts including but not limited to v-lookups, countifs, conditional formatting, and VBA Macros
  • 2 years' experience in a financial services environment
  • Strong organization skills with with ability to multi-task effectively and work independently
  • Strong level of attention to detail - data entry tasks can be repetitious and we work to minimize errors
  • Ability to draft professional e-mails and to clearly and effectively communicate information to all audiences
  • Experience with Salesforce and Data Loader preferred
  • Retrieve lists of clients and accounts from creditor(s), analyze to determine any required updates or corrections. Process these lists through Data Loader according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Analyze reports to determine if a product update is needed or there was an issue with processing. Collaborate with internal partners to determine the cause of the errors and potential solutions
  • Write Macros and formulas in Excel to improve the efficiency of lists being run through the system
  • Perform Quality Check to ensure that all information received and/or submitted is up to date and accurate
  • Communicate with internal/external partners and all levels of leadership either in person, via email or through conference calls
