We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our small but mighty People and Culture team! Our ideal candidate will be at ease recruiting roles across a variety of verticals, and will partner closely with our SVP, People & Culture to source for a number of high priority positions. 

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment process as individual contributor; must possess an excellent ability to source and produce quality candidates to hiring managers
• Source for all open roles, including engineering, marketing, ecommerce, product development, finance, supply chain, and operations; both through job postings and independent outreach
• Compose job descriptions, source candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, and schedule interviews via Greenhouse
• Ensure a seamless and positive virtual candidate experience and communicate regular status updates
• Reinforce our commitment to DE&I in the recruitment process
• Assist in recruiting efforts for our Fulfillment Center and Courier/Delivery teams
• Utilize Greenhouse to track candidates and develop talent metrics

Compensation: $70-75,000/year
