Requirements
  • Have 3-5 years of experience working in customer marketing, content marketing and/or product marketing at fast-growing SaaS or marketplace companies
  • Are natural storytellers with excellent writing ability
  • Love working with customers, and can cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with G2 champions
  • Can drive product adoption with relevant and impactful enablement materials
  • Have experience with influencing and working cross-functionally with a diverse group of stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Have the ability to define, own and drive key initiatives with minimal direction
Responsibilities
  • Develop case studies and other customer story assets
  • Manage and coordinate monthly customer adoption webinars
  • Create and manage customer best practice and adoption content, including G2U Course creation and LMS management and monthly customer newsletter
  • Measure, track, and report on key success metrics to ensure alignment to product and business goals
Desired Qualifications
  • You have worked for MarTech SaaS companies
  • You are/have been a G2 customer or have a strong understand of G2's business and solutions
  • You have built online course content or certification programs
