  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with 1 year
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
  • Requires experience applying new advanced learning technologies, methods, processes and tools
  • Requires academic or practical experience with systems engineering (writing requirements, defining interfaces, performing verification activities)
Responsibilities
  • Work on various systems engineering projects for Support Equipment items along the development process, including OPSCON definition, architecture, requirements development, interfaces, and/or verification planning/execution
  • Work with Design, Integrated Logistics Support, Specialty Engineering, and project management in development of Support Equipment for mission operational system on the Sentinel program to apply concepts and practices to Support Equipment
  • Generate OPSCON documentation to identify and understand the activities and support equipment required to maintain the prime mission equipment within the weapon system
  • Perform System Architecture modeling activities (Internal Block Diagram, Block Definition Diagram, maintain branch integrity, perform model merge integration) using Cameo software
  • Develop requirement specifications for various Support Equipment from the backlog of over 200+ items
  • Develop and mature interface products (Interface Requirements Specification, Interface Design Description, Interface Control Model)
  • Perform verification planning and execution for a successful program System Qualification and Verification Review (SQVR)/Functional Configuration Audit (FCA)
  • Build allocated baseline artifacts for System Readiness Reviews (SRRs), internal Design Reviews (iDRs), and Critical Design Reviews (CDRs)
