About the Role:

As part of the Trace3xperience Program, the AI Program Tracer (Intern) will be offered an opportunity to integrate into a world-class Cloud Solutions Business Unit.  The Tracer will be exposed to Strategy, Program, Governance, and Technology Solutions relating to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning consulting engagements with a client based anchored in the Fortune 1000 space.  Trace3’s Cloud Solutions Group features practice areas in Cloud Strategy, Governance, Cloud Security, FinOps, Cloud Architecture, Application Modernization and Migration.  This role resides within our Cloud Strategy & Governance portfolio. 

Tracers in this program will receive accelerated professional development, exposure to all technical functions of an IT consulting organization, world-class mentoring, and unique networking opportunities across the organization.    

What You Can Expect To Learn: 

You can expect to gain a thorough understanding of how AI/ML technologies can drive business outcomes within the framework of Responsible AI.  Through close collaboration with experienced, skilled, and knowledgeable professionals, exposure to our vast technology partner portfolio, and engagement with our amazing clients, you will learn to navigate complex organizational and technological challenges.  Trace3 offers a rich learning environment, hands on experience in developing strategy, programs, and solutions all while understanding the cybersecurity, privacy, and socio-technical implications of AI all while helping to deliver in our commitment to propel our clients up the innovation curve, and delivering on our mantra that “All Possibilities Live In Technology.”

Qualifications & Interests:

• Enrollment in the Junior or Senior year of an undergraduate program or Masters program at an accredited college or university
• Candidates should be pursuing a field of study applicable to the AI Program internship
• Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better; People and Organizational Health may require a copy of the applicant’s transcript
• Academic or professional/internship experience working in a professional setting is a plus
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accepts direction on given assignments
• Self-motivated individuals with a customer mindset and desire to help people
• Enthusiasm for technical problem solving with attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to learn and research in a dynamic and engaging environment
• Availability to work 40 hours per week throughout the internship
