  • 2+ years of field or inside sales experience.
  • A track-record of success in selling into net new clients, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and customer references.
  • Basic computer skills; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in Chinese Mandarin (Fuzhou Dialect is preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Identify and expand on assigned territory, and meet and exceed sales goals by building and growing a portfolio of restaurant clients.
  • Proactively engage and connect with potential clients through cold calling to generate new business opportunities, focusing on small mom-and-pop American Chinese restaurants.
  • Be the trusted advisor to the restaurant owners by understanding their existing and future needs to drive Tarro's solution.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations highlighting the advantages, features and functions offered by Tarro.
  • Effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of Tarro's Co services to prospects and convert them to clients.
  • Complete ownership of the sales pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Manage and track leads, maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM systems, and consistently follow up to nurture and convert prospects into clients.
  • Work in a fast-paced innovative environment, take initiative to get stuff done, make an impact, try new things and work in a collaborative environment.
