What We’re Looking For
In our next phase of growth we are looking for Account Executives to join our team! Our Account Executives are motivated, customer-focused, and creative. You will have the opportunity to become the face of one of the fastest-growing restaurant tech companies, building new businesses with restaurant owners across North America. This position reports into our Sales Director and is remote.
What You’ll Accomplish
You will identify and expand on assigned territory, and meet and exceed sales goals by building and growing a portfolio of restaurant clients.
Proactively engage and connect with potential clients through cold calling to generate new business opportunities, focusing on small mom-and-pop American Chinese restaurants.
You will be the trusted advisor to the restaurant owners by understanding their existing and future needs to drive Tarro’s solution.
You will deliver presentations and demonstrations highlighting the advantages, features and functions offered by Tarro.
You will effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of Tarro’s Co services to prospects and convert them to clients.
Complete ownership of the sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Manage and track leads, maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM systems, and consistently follow up to nurture and convert prospects into clients.
Work in a fast-paced innovative environment, take initiative to get stuff done, make an impact, try new things and work in a collaborative environment.
About You
You have 2+ years of field or inside sales experience.
You have a track-record of success in selling into net new clients, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and customer references.
You have basic computer skills; Salesforce experience is preferred.
You have excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
You have fluency in Chinese Mandarin (Fuzhou Dialect is preferred).
Bonus Points
You have experience in a consumer-driven industry with a passion for the customer
You have SaaS/restaurant tech industry experience and/or familiarity with restaurant and hospitality clients.
You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
