  • Bachelor's degree in HR or other applicable area of study (organizational psychology, communications, business administration, etc.) preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years HR experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work with a high sense of urgency within established timelines ensuring consistent follow-through/follow-up when necessary, meticulous eye for detail, accuracy, and high standards of presentation
  • Ability to multi-task and operate in an environment of frequently changing priorities and manage the demands of a quickly growing workforce
  • Quick thinker/fast learner with a business mentality who will handle assignments, tasks, and projects with intrepid initiative and ingenuity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office/Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and internet navigation tools
  • Workday knowledge/experience preferred
  • Positive attitude with a customer focus and professional demeanor
  • Drive operational performance and service excellence within the HR function, identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies
  • Maintain integrity of HR data, specifically within the Workday system. This includes processing employee changes such as promotions, compensation, reporting structure, separations, and other employee movement
  • Prepare coordinating paperwork for employee changes, i.e. promotion or equity grant letters
  • Manage offboarding process for exiting employees. This includes preparing and ensuring proper execution of paperwork, updating internal stakeholders (i.e. payroll, IT, etc.), conducting exit interviews, and compiling exit data, all in a timely fashion
  • Assist HRBP in ongoing daily support of the business, specifically in matters of employee relations and performance management
  • Build and maintain highly effective/collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, Finance and IT
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team in onboarding/orienting new employees to Quotient, identifying creative opportunities to improve the new hire experience
  • Support various HR processes/programs as needed, such as annual performance reviews, merit increase planning, training initiatives, etc
  • Act as point of contact for employee questions, providing guidance where possible
  • Escalate concerns beyond your scope and navigate employees to the right point of contact when that contact is not you
