Requirements
  • An associate degree or coursework in engineering technology, construction management, business, or a related field is required.
  • Previous data entry, administrative, construction, engineering, or technical documentation experience is required.
  • Experience working with databases or project management software is required.
  • Familiarity with construction, geotechnical, or engineering documentation is required.
Responsibilities
  • Review incoming project information received via email and other internal communication channels.
  • Enter project data into the company's Design Request System accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update records throughout the lifecycle of projects.
  • Organize, track, and verify information received from multiple project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineers and project teams to resolve missing, unclear, or incomplete information.
  • Ensure data consistency, completeness, and quality within company databases.
  • Assist with document management and electronic record organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality of project and company information.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management and workflow processes.
  • Work with geotechnical boring logs, load test results, installation logs, as-built records, material test coupons, grout strength test data, project correspondence, soil and laboratory testing information, construction quality control documentation, and other project-related engineering and construction records.

Keller, Inc. to build for Thermo Fisher scientific/oakbrook Corporation. FITCHBURG, Wis. - Thermo Fisher Scientific, in partnership with Oakbrook Corporation (Property Manager), is moving forward with an addition to expand its loading dock capabilities. The project includes two new loading docks, an improved turning radius, and redesigned traffic flow to better accommodate semi-truck deliveries. The project is being delivered through a design-build partnership with Keller, Inc., an award-winning, 100% employee-owned design-build contractor headquartered in Kaukauna. Thermo Fisher Scientific selected Keller after previous conversations about the design-build process and identified this project as an ideal opportunity to implement the delivery method for the first time. Designed to enhance operational efficiency, the project includes selective demolition of an existing area inside the current loading dock footprint to create a more functional and productive space. Once complete, the improvements will support increased productivity for a growing business unit. Construction is scheduled to begin this summer, with completion anticipated in Fall 2026. April 20, 2026 HARRISON - Queen of Cleaning is expanding with a new 6,120-square-foot office building in Harrison, designed to support growth and enhance service capabilities. The new facility - which, per the release, will be delivered through a design-build partnership with Keller, Inc. - will provide additional office space and opportunities to grow the team, reflecting the company's long-term commitment to the local community. Construction is set to begin in late April, with completion expected later this summer.
